Spoonful of Sugar Cookies
Soft, buttery sugar cookies with crisp edges and chewy centers—no rolling or cutting required! These easy sugar cookies are perfect for quick baking days and deliver classic flavor in every bite.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 cup Softened Butter
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix together butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until creamy.
- Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt until well combined.
- Use a cookie scoop to make 1 inch balls of dough.
- Roll each ball into sugar before placing on a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake in the over for 8-10 minutes at 350° until the tops look *almost* set.
